Sorry, I might be wrong, I realize that this can be different between the different backend systems. I must take a closer look.
Best regards

Hi Magdalena,
Thank you for your quick answer.
I did not know, the email adress comes from Bibdia. That must be new.
I remember, I had to type in an adress, when I set the notification for the search.
I am still able to change the adress, though.
Does this change anything in Bibdia? I hope it doesn't.
So I guess, if I change the adress in Arena, the system uses this adress and I have no way, to find out, which account uses the adress?
Best regards
Andreas

Good morning,
I understand, but unfortunately it is not possible to solve this the way you wish. The e-mailadress is fetched from the library system and I don't know if Bibdia allows you to search on e-mailadress in the patron search. That would be a way to solve it, search for all patron account with your e-mail in the library system and then log in to all of them in Arena and check.
Best regards
Magdalena

Hi,
my problem is, I do not know the account, where I saved the search.
And what if someone else saves a search in their account, but sets my email adress for notifications?

Hi
When you log in to your account there is an option "My saved searches", you can delete them there.

Deleting saved catalog queries
I get notifications by mail for queries I have saved in Arena. Since I've been testing a lot, I don't know what user number I entered the queries with.
Can I somehow find out which user account the queries are coming from? Or how else can I delete them?
It could also be that someone stores a foreign e-mail address to "spam" someone.
Shouldn't there be an unsubscribe link in the notification emails like in newsletters?
